This world has seen more projects more than the number of Civilizations. Some projects get initiated and some simple die in thoughts.

A project gets momentum to progress and move to next stage if it is acceptable to all involved in some way or another. There are many projects which start with an anticipated result but end up totally differently.  

There are some projects aimed to change the prevailing conditions for a good future but struggles all along in its implementation. It gives some scope to make an initial judgment before even switching on a project.

Agriculture was a project-initiated thousands of years before and even today it has survived because it addresses the core issues of life and living. This is one project that never had caused any damaging outcomes.

Nuclear energy was a project to get quick and abundant energy, but it found other paths which simple can put the world at risk at the press of a button. The governments are working on Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of nuclear weapons. 

Automobile was a project initiated for swift and speedy transportation, but its fuel dependency has tilted not only many economies but contributed to climate change. Huge amounts are spent to switch from fuel to electric technology and it is simply not happening in short time.

Biotech projects initiated with good intentions similar to the nuclear project has seen many out of boundary accidental outcomes. It is time to announce a new treaty on Non-proliferation of Bio Negligence.

Satellite projects, Space projects, Telecommunication projects, Artificial Intelligence Projects and many more are easily started and also see commercial gains quickly. But when uncontrollable events of harm set in a whole lot of time and energy is spent on correction measures.

In the present days of globalization era any new project initiated by a country simply does not stay within that country, it rapidly moves into other countries too.  When this be the reality then even before any new project is initiated by any nation it will be wise to have it go through a process of a complete analysis on its results and all possible outcomes for an international acceptance through a proper forum.

Any project designed and planned will be touching societies and people. It is wise to put an end to the beginning of any project if that project is bound to harvest undesirable results.
