On Relocation
New technological developments will be progressive when the society starts to accept them. The Digital revolution is pushing-in two working parameters in the form of AI tools and Robotics.
The majority of the work force is not sure how both the Ai and Robotics technology will be used in business and profession. Some segments of the work force are seeing these tools as assistive, some segments see them as a displacing threat, and some are just not sure of the future at all.
There will not be any wave of disaster when the new technologies are going to be assistive to the work force. But any threat will trigger a huge wave of uncertainty in the job markets. In an assistive scenario the worries will simply be in running all economic formulas correctly for smooth growth.
If new technologies trigger displacement of work force, then starts the economic crisis. If displacements of work force happen, policy makers have to set a time frame for the society to absorb the shock thus generated. Many displaced workforces will be directionless and left to look for supportive guidance to move ahead without stopping.
Policy makers need to be equipped to handle such a displacement crisis. It will be wise to prepare the displaced population to an adaptive mind set. One sector that will be seen as hard initially but promising subsequently will be in Agriculture.
New Technologies can never threaten a self-sustained
